The Beat House is a 5000sq ft warehouse space with 8 project studios and a large rehearsal space available for rental. Each 12 x 15 studio is wired for Audio, Video, and Data and can comfortably accommodate a small group of people and equipment.
The rehearsal area is 20×40 and has an amplified sound system (6000w) with monitors and recording capabilities.
Rates
Studio/Lockout – Monthly Rate $600 (includes 16 hours reserved use of rehearsal space)
Rehearsal Space – Hourly Rate $50
